Can I upgrade a non-working system from another brand?
Yes. Share photos of your old system and describe any faults, blurry footage or warning messages. We’ll verify the equipment and discuss a suitable Stanklin replacement.
How much discount will I receive?
After verifying your existing equipment and photos, our team offers a discounted price on suitable Stanklin products. The discount is confirmed in your individual offer.
What if I don’t know the brand or model?
Leave those fields blank and send clear equipment photos. A readable label helps our team identify the product; we may follow up for more information.
Do I have to return the old equipment?
No equipment needs to be sent for the photo review. Keep your existing system while we discuss your upgrade.
Are my selected photos sent automatically?
Yes. Selected equipment photos are attached to your enquiry when you submit the form. Use up to six JPG, PNG or WebP images, no more than 10 MB in total.
